Ordering & Delivery

Orders processed before 2 pm are generally posted out the same day, so delivery is 2 to 3 days in Ireland.
All orders are sent through An Post, regretfully we do not have a collection option. All orders are posted out.

We do not guarantee Next Day Delivery under any circumstances, as delivery is out of our control, once orders have been posted.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries, which is out of our control once orders are posted, equally we cannot issue refunds for same.

While we make every effort to get your order to you on time, we are not in a position to replace orders which are lost or delayed in the post.

Please be aware, some handmade products take a number of days to create and dry, before they can be posted.
Delivery is available worldwide, but please allow ample time for your decorations to reach you. Should you wish to order for worldwide delivery please contact us for postal rates to your destination.

All edible decorations have a 9 month shelf life, so can be ordered in plenty of time.

Any items that must be personalised, cannot be replaced, if an error occurs on the customers behalf.

Please be advised to check all details entered when ordering, including spellings, quantities, and details, as we cannot take responsibility for errors made on your behalf.

Ensure the delivery address is correct on check out, we do not hold any personal information re addresses, card details or numbers, following GDPR.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery addresses are correct.
