Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched via An Post from our Ireland-based facility.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are posted the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are posted the next working day.
Delivery Times — Ireland
- Standard Post: Typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Express Post: 1–2 working days after dispatch, with full tracking information provided.
International Shipping We also ship outside Ireland. Delivery times and rates vary by destination:
- UK: 3–5 working days
- Europe (EU): 5–10 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–14 working days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Tracking You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been posted. Express Post and international orders include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel directly on the An Post website (or via the relevant local carrier once it reaches your country).
Delivery Delays Once your order has been handed over to An Post, it is in their care. While delays are rare, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by the courier in exceptional circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, customs processing, or peak-season backlogs). If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch orders to the address provided, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
