Shipping
We post toppers Monday to Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We try to post out all orders that are placed and paid by 2pm the same day. However, we cannot guarantee this, so do allow time for delays when ordering.
We have a “Date Required by” on our orders. This is only for admin use to allow us to prioritize all orders going out. We are cannot “schedule” delivery dates. We post on receipt of the order coming into us.
Toppers are posted in a grip seal bag and then placed into a hardback (Do not Bend) A4 envelope, extra care is taken not to damage items. This should fit through a normal letterbox.
All orders are sent with An Post. Post in Ireland generally arrives the next 2-3 business days but can take 3-5 working days. Please allow for this. We cannot guarantee your date of delivery. All post goes via normal letter post and therefore there is no tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for extreme weather delays, postal strikes, or other issues related to An Post delivery service.
If you order a topper last minute expecting it within 1-2 working days, you are ordering at your own risk. 99% of the time toppers will arrive in 2-3 business days in Ireland and 5-10 business days in Europe, but we do not offer a refund if they do not.
Printing
Sometimes color when printed can alter slightly to the color. If providing an image please ensure you provide a clear/photo image as the quality will be reflected in your icing sheet. I should point out that the colors may be slightly different from those on screen.
Occasionally toppers may differ slightly from the example shown on the website. All cake toppers are created and printed individually
Copyright
Please note our fee charged is for a creative service and the personalization of your product/image for one-time use. At Edible Cake Toppers | Caketop.ie we try to ensure we are not infringing any copyright protections. The majority of images we use are private and or supplied by our customers or obtained from copyright free sites. If, however you see the use of any image which you believe is protected by copyright please advise us immediately by email with details, and where relevant we will ensure it is withdrawn from use. All items are not licensed products; all character images used are free and not being sold. We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders
You must have permission to use any images you send to us for printing. All printing is undertaken for your personal use and we do not accept legal responsibility for how you use and display your edible prints.
